We accept Brooche returns if they are mailed back to us within three days from delivery date.  We will issue a refund once we inspect the piece and its original packaging and confirm they are both in perfect condition. We offer free shipping to the Continental United States. All other Shipping costs will vary depending on destination. We will start working on your oder as soon as we get it. It is a lengthy process of matching materials and hand-sawing. Your necklace might take up to four weeks to be ready. We promise to ship it as soon as we finish it.
